That hasn't changed. The team has grown, the projects are bigger, but the way we work is the same. Every home we put our name to is built on the trust of the family living in it.

Our Promise

Handover isn't the end of the relationship.
Every Merbain home comes with comprehensive structural warranties and a maintenance period as standard. Beyond that, we stay accessible. Most of the families we've built for still have our number, and most of them still use it.
If there's something unusual you want to do — a difficult site, a specific finish, an idea no one else will quote — start with us. The unusual jobs are usually the ones we enjoy the most.
Our Journey
Where it started.
Merbain began with a clear focus: to build quality homes with care, detail and pride in the work.
What started as a small, focused building company has continued to grow through strong relationships, trusted trades and a team committed to doing things properly.
Today, Merbain continues to develop with a great team behind every project. From early planning through to the final clean, each home is shaped by collaboration, clear processes and a shared standard for quality.
How we work.
Most of our work is custom builds alongside architects and designers. Our role is to take the design and bring it to life on site, with the precision and finish the home deserves.
We keep the same team across the project, work to a fixed price wherever possible, and stay involved at every stage.
The long view.
We build for the long view. The families we work with usually plan to be in their homes for ten, twenty, thirty years. Everything we specify and detail is judged against that, not against a render or a launch shot.
