6 Champions Crescent, Brookwater. Designed by Gatehouse Architects, built by Merbain. A two storey contemporary home of 437 square metres, set on a sloping block with the pool positioned along the side courtyard and an oversized double garage to the front. Four bedrooms, an office, a media room, three bathrooms and a powder.

Engineered timber flooring runs through the living areas and master, with tile through the working zones. At entry, a floor to ceiling Freeform Stone wall sits behind a four metre feature aluminium vertical screen. In the kitchen, a marble waterfall island with mitred edge is matched by a fully stone wrapped rangehood. Outside, a louvered pergola hovers over the pool tile.

The architecture was set by Gatehouse. Our job was to deliver it exactly as drawn. A modern home that stands apart on the street, built without compromise.
