Handover isn't the end of the relationship.
Every Merbain home comes with comprehensive structural warranties and a maintenance period as standard. We're still available when you need us, and we stay in touch with many of the families we've built for.

Most of our work is custom builds alongside architects and designers. We turn those plans into a completed home, paying close attention to the details and finish.
We keep the same team across the project, work to a fixed price wherever possible, and stay involved at every stage.
