THE PROJECT
A Brookwater design & build
17 Greg Norman Circuit in Brookwater sits on a 625 square metre block. The two storey home has four bedrooms upstairs, a guest suite downstairs, a central pool and courtyard, and a boat shed providing extra garage space.
Inside, polished concrete floors sit alongside custom timber joinery. An onyx splashback is the main feature of the kitchen. Timber and stone also appear on the facade, with architectural details at both the front and rear.
